Korah's Butterfly

My passion for helping others continued as I delved into the world of publishing to share my wisdom and experience. After the devastating loss of my beautiful niece Alex, the creative product of growth that emerged in her honour was my children’s book on grief, Korah's Butterfly.

It is the first in a planned series, offering messages of healing and guidance for children navigating traumatic loss.To spread this message and reach those in need, I took my message to many organizations. I have had the privilege of speaking publicly on this vital topic to groups of all sizes—from intimate community workshops to large-scale keynote presentations. Whether addressing a small gathering of educators or a packed auditorium, my goal remains the same: to provide the tools and hope necessary for healing.

Lessons from Behind the Glass

My path to personal growth was paved in the hockey rink. Navigating the world of recreational sports with my family taught me invaluable lessons that apply to all areas of life.

I captured this wisdom in my book, Lessons from Behind the Glass, which has sold over 5,000 copies. Through partnerships with Hockey Canada, the Vancouver Canucks, the Ottawa Senators, Hockey Alberta, BC Hockey, Hockey Eastern Ontario and many more, I continue to share these insights by helping parents and individuals leverage everyday experiences for personal development.
